Wednesday, June 4: Armed Forces Celebration Luncheon - REGISTRATION IS CLOSED 5/28

  • Registration Is Now Closed
  • Time: 12 p.m.
  • Location: VBC Saturn Ballroom, Von Braun Center
  • Details: Join military personnel, community leaders, and media at the Armed Forces Celebration Luncheon. Held at the Von Braun Center, this event features inspiring speeches and networking. Media can reserve spots at a dedicated table.

Thursday, June 5: Community Softball Game

  • Time: Gates open at 5:30 p.m., game at 6 p.m.
  • Location: Trash Pandas Stadium, Toyota Field, Madison, AL
  • Details: Watch Team Redstone compete against the Community Leaders team, including Mayor Tommy Battle, Chairman Mac McCutcheon, and Mayor Paul Finley. After their first win in several years, the Community Leaders aim to fiercely defend their title! This free event offers free hot dogs to the first 500 attendees and the Grand Slam Spirit Award for the group with the largest turnout. After their first-ever win last year, the Community Leaders aim to defend their title!

Friday, June 6: Military Appreciation Night at Huntsville City FC

  • Time: Gates open at 5 p.m., game at 7 p.m.
  • Location: Huntsville City FC Stadium
  • Details: Celebrate Military Appreciation Night at a Huntsville City FC soccer match. Enjoy a Redstone Test Center flyover and military recognitions, with special tributes to Gold Star Families who lost loved ones in service.

Saturday, June 7: U.S. Army 250th Birthday Celebration

  • Time: 3 p.m.–9 p.m.
  • Location: Redstone Gateway, outside Gate 9, Research Park Boulevard
  • Details: Commemorate the U.S. Army’s 250th Birthday with a family-friendly event featuring the U.S. Army Golden Knights parachute team, a car show, live band, DJ, and a fireworks display. Hosted by Redstone Family and MWR, Redstone Gateway, the City of Huntsville, and Huntsville Music Office.

Monday, June 9: Concert in the Park and Fireworks Show

  • Time: 6:30 p.m.
  • Location: Big Spring Park (Rain location: VBC South Hall)
  • Details: Enjoy a free Concert in the Park with the Maneuver Center of Excellence Band from Fort Benning, Georgia, followed by a stunning fireworks show. If it rains, the event moves to the Von Braun Center’s South Hall.
